April Update

To All our Valued Brokers,

We have been advising recently the changes that restrict some of the Lending we used to be able to do in the past until recently.

So this time I thought I would remind you of the lending we still can do, there maybe some extra requirements around being able to qualify, but generally we can work through that.

Owner Occupied Home Loans.

Full doc and Lo doc

Purchases, refinances, debt consolidation, cash out which may be limited depending on the lender.

Construction is also limited to one lender for full doc and one lender for lo doc requests.

Investment Property Loans.

Full doc and Lo doc

Purchases, refinances, debt consolidation, cash out which may be limited depending on the lender.

Construction is also limited to one lender for full doc and one lender for lo doc requests.

Investment loans are also available for the purchase of NDIS properties (construction not available)

Purchases by Ex-Pats.

SMSF loans are now limited to one Lender.

Commercial Loans

Full doc and Lo doc.

Purchases,refinances, debt consolidation, cash out which may be limited depending on the Lender.

Leasedoc is also available, options are limited.

Policy changes

We are pleased to advise when assessing servicing for our True Blue Home and Investment Loans that we can use the lower of Jobkeeper or previous standard income. We will need to sight 3 months Statements to evidence this previous income.
